Shipping policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

During high order volumes or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Canada & United States: 5–12 business days

  • International: 7–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs processing, or carrier delays.


Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

We are not responsible for customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.


Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipment, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
